Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

I booked a Standard Twin Room but found it lacked fresh air, as the window opened to an indoor space. The hotel provided only a small fan for cooling, which was inadequate for my family. We were forced to upgrade to a room with a proper window, but the added cost felt frustrating and not worth it. The corridor lighting was dim, and the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, which was disappointing given the hotel's brand expectations.

The location was unbeatable, right in front of the subway. Housekeeping was excellent, keeping everything tidy and fresh, especially thanks to the dedicated staff.

The bar's cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing evening after a busy day.

Service varied. sometimes attentive, but other times the staff seemed overwhelmed. Overall, a pleasant stay with potential for improvement.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a bar/lounge, and helpful staff who remembered me from my first stay. I felt welcomed as they assisted with my bags. I highly recommend it for comfort and care.

I loved the beautiful and inviting lobby, decorated for Chinese New Year, which made checking in feel welcoming. The hotel is very accessible with its proximity to the Chongwenmen Subway Station, conveniently located just outside.

More designated areas for non-smoking guests would help.

The location was perfect, just steps from the metro and close to lots of great restaurants. We explored the Forbidden Palace and Tiananmen Square easily. Service was friendly, and our room was kept clean throughout our stay.
